Sure Antennas’ ESN multi-function antenna will feature at the Emergency Services Show, at the NEC in Birmingham, 21 -22 September 2016.
The antenna will be included on stand S61 set up by the Home Office to promote the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme and will be shown on the new Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer.
This low profile antenna which supports ten functions features three separate wideband LTE/cellular elements and has been designed for future emergency services vehicles.
Future plans to modify the antenna include adding a satellite antenna for emergency vehicles in areas with limited or no 4G coverage.
The new Emergency Services Network will provide Britain’s three emergency services with a more affordable, more capable and more flexible communication network than the existing Airwave system. The new network will go live in late-2017, starting in North West England.
*Stand S61 is located in the collaboration zone at the Emergency Services Show.
