Sure Antennas is pleased to announce it is now ISO 9001:2008 certified for its quality management system for the modification, design and manufacture of covert radio equipment.
The achievement underlines our dedication to providing the highest, consistent, quality products and services emphasising our responsibility to customer satisfaction and confirms Sure Antennas as a market leader in radio communications.
The ISO 9000 family focuses on different aspects of quality management and contains some of ISO’s best known standards. The standards stipulate direction for companies to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.
The certification also demonstrates the continually improving efficiency and effectiveness of Sure Antennas’ management system.
Initially as Sure Antennas set about achieving ISO 9001:2008 in 2015 we held meetings with employees to highlight our objectives. This was followed with numerous hours of work and preparation, creating internal policies, systems and processes, modifying our existing software to support ISO standards.
“The certification is an important milestone for Sure Antennas and one we are extremely proud of,” said Sure Antennas director Gavin Beach.
“It signals an efficiency and integrity in our products and systems and puts best practice first for our clients and employees.”
*A revised version of the standard, ISO 9001:2015, has just been launched and Sure Antennas intends to make the transition towards this in 2017.
